This idyllic plot is located in Sant Joan between Montuiri and Lloret de Vista Alegre and measures approx. 19,776 m². A small house of approx. 33 m² is located on the building land and the maximum buildability is 1.5%, occupation 2%, volume 900^m3. The plot is completely fenced and has two wells.

The project: A beautifully designed detached house of approx. 280^m2 is planned.
